Terms of Service

These terms apply to enquiries and services arranged through this independent professional website.

Independent services

Services offered through this website are provided independently by Dr. Mugdha Deshpande and not on behalf of any institution or professional organisation with which she is associated.

Enquiries and engagement

Submitting an enquiry does not create a professional engagement. A service begins only after the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms are confirmed by email or another agreed written method.

Nutrition consultations

Initial consultations are charged at ₹1,500 and follow-up consultations at ₹1,000. A 50% advance is required to confirm an appointment, with the balance payable before the consultation. Payment instructions are sent privately by email.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, completing the pre-consultation form and submitting relevant reports within the requested timeframe.

Research services

Research fees are based on scope. Assignments generally require a 50% advance, although milestone-based terms may be agreed for larger projects. Deliverables and revision limits are confirmed before work begins.

The client remains responsible for ethical approval, originality, final interpretation, authorship decisions and submission of academic work.

Timelines

Timelines depend on receipt of complete information and timely client responses. A nutrition plan is ordinarily shared within seven working days after the initial consultation. Research timelines are agreed project by project.

No guarantee is made regarding journal acceptance, academic grades, publication timelines, weight change, disease outcomes or other results outside the service provider’s control.
